“I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.”

Hi. I'm Laura Hunt. Thanks for stopping by to learn a little bit more about me.

Throughout the years, I have cultivated the art of truly reinventing myself time and time again. There is a saying that goes, “I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.”  This describes me and my walk so accurately. I believe we are constantly growing and the more we are open to adding new and unique materials to our inner foundation and contents; the stronger our structure as a whole becomes.

I have always been intrinsically motivated; working towards the things I find personally and professionally fulfilling. I'm always setting new goals and enjoy different challenges. This approach has provided me opportunities to not only hone in on, but to continually develop and strengthen some really diverse skill sets in the world of fashion (my degree) as well as sales, marketing and media. It’s funny when I run into people I haven’t seen in a while, a common question is always, “What are you doing now? Are you still working in marketing or are you back in the fashion world?” The answer varies. It all depends on the month, year and what I’ve opted to say “yes” to during that time.

To put all of my professional experiences on paper would be unfriendly to our environment so this is the place I'm choosing to share my professional background and work history. Yes, some of this is on LinkedIn and I use social media platforms, but my personal brand needs its own space too. Social media platforms are ever-changing and so am I. This is my home on the web that shares MY story and personal brand — accurately.  Hey, you just never really know when that next big opportunity might present itself to collect new material to help continue building on the greatness I aspire to achieve — always.

Take a walk around my virtual construction zone here and perhaps we will have the opportunity to build something together one day. Hard hats are optional, of course.

Best,

Laura Hunt
